Terms of service

These terms are a contract between you and AI Transform Studio Ltd (company number 17376852, registered in England and Wales, registered office at 82a 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom), trading as Bustempo ("we"). Last updated 11 October 2026.

1. The service

Bustempo ("the service", "we") provides a live map of intercity coach vehicles, delay alerts, delay certificates, reliability statistics and departure screens, based on publicly reachable operator data. The service is independent and unofficial: Bustempo is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Flix SE, FlixBus, FlixTrain or any other operator. Live data comes from publicly reachable operator endpoints and may be incomplete or delayed.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account identified by an email address. Sign-in is by one-time link; you are responsible for keeping access to your mailbox secure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Plans and payment

The free plan is free without time limit. Paid plans (Pro, Business, Screens) are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and can be cancelled at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If something did not work as described, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service at high rates, resell the live feed, interfere with other users or attempt to circumvent plan limits. Screens licences cover the number of screens stated in the plan; the embeddable widget may be used on sites you control.

5. Data accuracy and no warranty

Positions, delays and statistics are only as accurate as the operator's feed and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions or as the sole basis for travel decisions.

6. Delay certificates

A certificate is a signed record of what the service observed for a ride. It documents data from the operator's public feed and is not an official statement by the operator. Whether it is accepted as evidence in a compensation claim is up to the operator or authority handling the claim.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed connections, or decisions taken on the basis of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may change the service or these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
